The Sixth Annual Round About Artist Studio Tour, will be held on Oct. 19-20-21, 2012. It follows the 2011 tour's huge success for the Caddo River Art Guild. Attendees enjoyed a Free Self-Driving Tour through the beautiful rolling hills of the Caddo River Valley to visit local artists' studios.

With such a positive reaction from visitors and the community, we're looking forward to doing it again! This year artists will be opening their studios for your enjoyment. Start your planning now for 2012. You are invited to explore and enjoy an array of original art created by local artists while enjoying the fall colors of October in Southwest Arkansas!

The Round About Artist Studio Tour, sponsored by the Caddo River Art Guild, and is a part of the Arkansas Artist Studio Tours. The Round About Artist Studio Tour spotlights a diverse selection of art by regional artists in the Arkadelphia, Arkansas area. This tour takes you to the private studios of working artists where you can view their original creations and possibly watch a demonstration by the artist!

Each studio will have art for sale so we invite you to keep your holiday gift list in mind. There will be a wide variety of unique gifts affordably priced along with larger pieces for the art collector.
Studios will be open to the public for this free self-guided driving tour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The registration centers will be set up in two locations:

Guidebooks giving directions and maps to the various studios and information on each artist can be obtained at the registration centers.

This event is an exciting way to enjoy the rolling forested hills of pines and hardwoods of the Caddo River Valley and experience original art by the wonderful artists of this area of Arkansas.
We welcome suggestions to help make this tour a success for this and future years.
